The\u00a0BESC\/ECTN\u00a0<\/strong>certificate is a necessary document requested by circular n\u00b0 019\/MITMEF\/DC\/SGM\/CTJ\/SA\/022SGG21 of 20\/10\/2021. Each B\/L must be accompanied by an\u00a0Electronic Cargo Tracking Note<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
