Une circulaire émise par le Ministère des ports et des transports maritimes et l’Autorité portuaire somalienne réf. X/WDGB/076/2023, nous lisons que le ECTN – Electronic Cargo Tracking Number est introduit pour toutes les expéditions maritimes.
A partir du 01/02/2023, toutes les expéditions maritimes à destination d’un port somalien doivent être régularisées par un ECTN.
