BESC/BSC/ECTN Benin

Il Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons (BESC) is a document requested by some West African countries to track and trace sea shipments. Generally, called BSC – ECTN.
All maritime shipments with final destination a Benin Port ( Cotonou) or in transit to landlocked country shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons (BESC).
The BESC/ECTN certificate is a necessary document requested by circular n° 019/MITMEF/DC/SGM/CTJ/SA/022SGG21 of 20/10/2021. Each B/L must be accompanied by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.
