BESC/BSC/ECTN Benin

Il Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons (BESC) è un documento richiesto da molti paesi del West Africa per la tracciabilità delle spedizioni marittime. Generalmente, è anche chiamato certificato BSC o ECTN.
Tutte le spedizioni marittime con destinazione finale un porto del Benin (Cotonou) o in transito verso paesi senza sbocco sul mare devono essere regolarizzate da un’ BESC – Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.
Il certificato BESC/ECTN è un documento necessario come da circolare n° 019/MITMEF/DC/SGM/CTJ/SA/022SGG21 del 20/10/2021. Ogni B/L deve essere accompagnato da un’ECTN – Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.
